                  Episode 9: Raging winds! Bring on the storm Demon



Arashi made it into a small port last night to get some rest, however the next morning didn't look so pretty as it seemed. There was a large storm in their area as Diablos looked up, this type of storm doesn't come until the summer seasons now. So there is a wind demon near by doing this, the villagers knew this very well from their vantage point. A small villager looked at the sky with a mean glare, he knew that this was the devilish work of Typhoon the wind demon.

|This guy is at it again causing harm to our village every day, it seems he doesn't take a hit very well doesn't he? Tsubasa has been causing trouble ever since we settled down here, we've never been able to defeat this feared demon for years now. I cant wait till someone shows him up for his crimes against us, when it comes we can finally fish in peace in the open sea. Young one you look like you've been fighting for the goddesses for a while, can you do us a good favor for my people? Typhoon is quite dangerous so you might want to come prepared, have berries of health with you this will do a good bit of wonders in your battle ahead with him. I happen to know where he is located he lives in the swamp not far from here, yet you must be careful the monsters there are dangerous. So if I were you I'd try to be on high alert there, oh I see you have the silver scope with you that's a good thing. Well now that you're all set I think you need to head out, take care of yourself now I don't want to see you hurt.| Nodding softly Arashi set out to find this typhoon demon. Diablos was a good flyer so he will be able to find the swamp, landing down they could smell the swamp water from a good distance.

Walking Diablos trotted into the deep murk of the swamp, right off the bat Diablos growled knowing that something was out here with them. Arashi has his things set just in can they needed to fight. With the silver lantern they got a little bit of light in this dark place, right off the bat Diablos was already growling showing his teeth. Arashi knew something was out her with them in the swamp, the waters her smelled of darkness as they went through the marsh stepping so slowly at the time. All of a sudden Diablos growled wildly launching his fire attack everywhere, Arashi didn't know why he was doing this even he didn't see what was out there. Soon with a wild rush Bayou Swimmers came from the depths, they were feared by many warriors for their tough ski. However they were weak to earth like attacks, Arashi had an earth elemental enhancement on his sword...yet I don't think he should assume that this battle will be easily.

Startled by the monster Arashi was almost pulled off of Diablos, he managed to hang on while one of the swimmers were on his back. The battle continued as Arashi got annoyed with them fast, grabbing on he threw it back into the water heavily. Diablos helped him out as with his fire attacks to hit him heavily, the swimmers ran away as one of their own was defeated heavily. With them gone Arashi breathed a sigh of relief under is breath, Diablos trotted down as they continued to the lair of Tsubasa slowly. Diablos stopped at the section of the swamp as he looked, Arashi knew that it was hidden from his eyes as he got the silver scope. Sure enough he was able to see Tsubasa's lair as he got off of Diablos to head inside, although Diablos wanted to come Arashi decided it was best to do it on his own. Diablos sat down feeling a bit upset knowing Arashi can be a fool when battling, yet he also had a bad feeling about this as he looked at him growling with concern.

Arashi slowly crept inside to room looking for Tsubasa quietly, with the lantern in his hand he felt safe for the moment. Yet that would all change soon when Tsubasa attack him from nowhere, normally he wont attack you however beware if you have any light with you. Arashi looked up to find a devilish demon giving him a dark grin. Something tells him that he should have brought Diablos, however sometimes you cant change mistakes you made the first time around.

|You little rodent, how dare you bring this light in my lair! For that you shall die with great misery, oh so the villagers sent you here to defeat me did they? They must be mad thinking that a ugly rat can defeat me, I'll show them the real power of the storm demon. I'm Tsubasa the fear demon of these parts young little boy, you've fought other one but not the likes of me until now. Let's end our little chat the sooner I get rid of you the better, then I can eat your flesh until there bone...then I shall give them to the villagers as a message not to challenge me.| Tsubasa was faster than you think dispute his chunky body. With speed he rush to Arashi aiming his claws straight at him now, Arashi held his shield just in case something happened. However that wouldn't give him much protection, with his claws hitting the shield it bounced off and hit his face.

Arashi screamed in great pain know that attack really nicked him good, he had a small gash on his face that didn't look good. This was only a fraction of Tsubasa's power, Diablos heard his scream and stared to pace heavily back and forth. He knew it was a bad idea for him going on his on, yet in a little bit he heard even more screams coming from the cave. Arashi was getting thrown left and right like a doll heavily, thank goodness his armor was able to hold that much strength to protect him. However he wasn't out of the woods just yet by the looks of things, Tsubasa stood right on top of Arashi giving him a devilish grin. With his food he was able to stomp on him slowly causing excruciating pain to Arashi, Diablos heard a blood curdling scream just from the entrance of the cavern. He knew it was Arashi and by the looks he was in serious trouble, Diablos disobeyed Arashi to save him from the monster. Running into the cave there was nothing on his mind but saving Arashi, Tsubasa was slowly trying to cause more pain to him every second.

Then Tsubasa heard a strange noise coming form the cavern, Diablos cam roaring at him using his fire attacks. While Tsubasa was dealing with Diablos this gave time for Arashi, getting up slowly Arashi couldn't breath since he was nearly crushed. Getting his sword he knew he had to hit his midsection to slay him, yet even in his state he might not be able to do this. However spitting out a little bit of blood he managed to put it behind him, charging he saw Diablos about get destroyed by Tsubasa brute strength. Throwing his sword Diablos jump up heavily, Tsubasa chased him and the sword landed in his midsection killing him ever so slowly. Diablos grabbed his sword trotting to Arashi with a toothy grin, Arashi fell down heavily as he did take a boat load of damage. Putting him on his back Diablos took to the sky with the blade, one of the citizens saw Diablos flying with a person hanging on his back.

|Oh great eternal heavens! It's the boy oh come one we 've got to help his dragon out now, he must have gotten a good beating from the battle they had. I'll get some water for the herbs, the rest of you go get Hanako or summon her she is needed right away! Oh please boy don't die on us we need you, oh what am I saying with Hanako he wont die...Oh I don't know what the future holds.| As day turned to night Arashi was sitting in the bed quietly. Diablos came inside to check on his buddy softly, sitting by his side he gave a wet kiss with his tongue. Though Arashi would have preferred a little nudge right now, however at the moment he felt good to know he was there.

|Diablos thanks for helping me out back their in the swamp, maybe I was being a bit to big headed to think I could defeat him alone. Well I guess I just got a rude awakening form Thanatos himself now, I felt his power I can tell you he was difficult to face alone. Something tells me that the monster at the Moon Islands might be difficult, so I might be taking you in with my battle if I can.| Petting him he got a good night sleep after drinking the potion she made. Although it tasted awful he had to drink it to get better, tomorrow he will be good however the pain will still be there. What will happen to our friends we might not know, however if we wait the moon islands might show themselves to us.
